Question 1

How does Winqo Hub choose the courier for each order?

Accepted Answer

You set courier rules once, by city, weight, COD amount or cost. Winqo Hub compares the couriers and books each order with the one that fits your rules. You see the split before you go ahead, and you can change any single order in one click.

Question 2

How does COD reconciliation work?

Accepted Answer

Winqo Hub matches the courier payment files to your orders. You see what each courier owes you, and any short or missing payments are listed for you. Settlements also sync to Splendid ERP. You do not need spreadsheets.

Question 3

How does tracking work when I use many couriers?

Accepted Answer

Every courier's status comes into one live timeline for each parcel: booked, picked up, reached the city, out for delivery, delivered. It updates by itself when the courier scans the parcel. You can filter by courier, city or status, and late parcels are flagged automatically.

Question 4

How does stock stay correct on all my channels?

Accepted Answer

Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz and manual orders come into one list. Stock updates everywhere the moment you sell, so you do not oversell. You can also see stock that is awaited and dead stock in reports.

Question 5

How does Winqo Agent know my order details?

Accepted Answer

Winqo Agent finds the order from the customer's phone number, reads the order and the courier tracking, and replies on WhatsApp in English or Roman Urdu. When it is not sure, it hands the chat to your team.
